I can't wake up. when I get up, I could fall asleep anywhere. I get overwhelmed with the need to shut my eyes and sleep. it is very distracting.

It could be a number of things but also very simple as well. My question is how much water do you drink? Are you dehydrated this can cause drowsiness as well as lack of exercise. If this persists after you keep yourself hydrated (not with caffeine as this will cause you to crash) and exercise which will increase your endorphines and give you more energy naturally, I would see a doctor if it does continue.
