How can I save money?

ok I have a job at wendy's im 17 I have a 300 dollar car payment and have to save up for college. I make around 250 every 2 weeks I want to be able to spend some money on things on my car to make it look nicer but how can I do that with my car payments and stuff?

You can't spent more money without making more money. Get a second job, or get a better job. You're making 500 a month, after your car payment that's 200 a month spending money. If you don't want to be up to your eyeballs in student loan debts your entire life, I suggest just putting the entire 200 in a savings account every month. You don't need to spiffy up your car right now, you can do that later in life when you're earning more money and such.
