In excel, the select all button is located

a)at the intersection of the column and row headings
b)at tje intersection of tje scrollbars

A) At the intersection of the column and row headings.

The column and row headings are the "ABCD..." and "1234..." and if you click any heading, it will select that column or row. For example, if you click on "A" you will select the entire A column as far as it goes.

You can also do Edit>Select All, or hit Ctrl+A (Command+A on a mac).
