I'm 48 years old and I'm suffering from memory loss.

It's not all the time, but it seems to be happening more frequent. I am a recovering drug addict and have been clean for about five months. Is this normal?

I'm 48 never had drugs and i'm forgetful. The older you get the more your memory stores so you're bound to take time to remember what's in storage. The more you worry the worse it gets, it's benign and it can be funny. You've done so well to get off drugs don't blame yourself for anything.

I am only 20 years young, and have to set daily reminders on my phone to get anything done. I have come to accept my horrible memory, but if you dont think it is normal, you should definitely go see your doctor and tell them whats up.

best of luck!
