Nasonex why is it It is important that you don't spray directly onto the wall between your two nostr

Nasonex has this statement in its directions but fails to say why it is so important. Can damage be done? adverse affects? or simply not as effective?

I don't know for a fact, but it probably causes skin irritation, so basically if you did spray it there, your septum would just get a little red and probably itchy.
