Why does priceline.com think I am in hong kong?

when I try to go to priceline.com I am directed to the home page for priceline hong kong. I am not using a proxy. i've tried 2 computers, multiple browsers and cleared all my history, nothing helped. It is the only site that does this. for example, google is the USA site

It's geotracing system is probably flawed. It happens. It doesn't matter which computer you go on, it's going based on your IP address. Just find the button for the American version.
