Feh, good luck finding that one. I guarantee you, even if you google that, you won't get the right answer. I mean so many people will give so many different answers. One person would say Canada, while someone else would say Australia, while someone else would say China, I mean the fact is, there are a lot of stupid people out there, who love to post things around the internet that they don't know for sure, and it causes everything to get all gummed up with misinformation. Besides, don't you think that he (along with his agent, manager, etc...) would go out of their way to keep that information from getting out? There's a lot of sick people out there.
