I am having pain in both of my knees

I have knee pains (in both knees), at both the front and the back of the knees. I also get really bad shooting pains in both of them but it's worse in my left knee. I can't sit down for too long, no more than 45 minutes or my knees will seize up and if I walk around for too long they become very painful. I can't win! I'm fine in my sleep, doesn't wake me up at all. Any ideas?

I advise seeing a specialist immediately as knees are very finicky and if a problem goes ignored you could ruin your knees for life.

Instead of asking off the internet, (no offense internet), you should ask a doctor, anyone professional.

Its Arthritis . How do I know? My mom has it on her knee and she feels the same signs as you do. Also and this is how I know too because I'm a 14 year old girl suffering from Arthritis. Go see a doctor right away cause it depends on the Arthritis and it can rip one of your cartilages I can't really explain it . But the point is see a doctor soon as possible!
