How can I know if my close friend has feeling for me,im bi and supposely she 100% straight?

she does not know im bi but she has no idea im in love wit her.
she straight but sometimes she act really flirty.i dont know what to think?
when she was drunk she was hugging me sexually,but nothing happen everything was normal since then.

- but after you tell her you should let your feelings show and if it seems like she unconfortable - then you know your answer- OR you could ask her- if she likes you - and no matter what the answer is still tell her how you feel- because she could be lying and waiting to see how you feel- be the bigger person
