Well, Earth has bodies of water, a fairly minimal change between day and night, plate tectonics, an atmosphere that protects from the sun's rays, and plant and animal life. So far, scientists have yet to see any other planet that have a combination of those things. We have encountered small traces of ice, some stable atmospheres, some plate tectonics, and some bacteria life, but we've yet to encounter all of the things I listed together like Earth.
