It's airplane, not aroplane. Anyways, die from what? It's possible to die from lots of things on an airplane. The airplane could crash into the ground and kill you. It could crash into the ocean and you'd drown. The cabin pressure could destabilize and you could die from something relating to that. A pipe of some sort could burst thus leaking tons of poisonous chemicals about the plane. Someone could go crazy and kill you in one of many many ways. It's not really all that more dangerous than taking a bus or train though, I say this because most of those things could happen on one of those as well.

Well now I understand the question a little better thanks to awsompeep's comment, I realize it's a question about take off, well it's possible to die during take off on an airplane of many things, but not of the pressure, as you don't reach fatal altitudes till you're well into the flight.

awsomepeep: Oh, take off, I get it now. Were you you drunk when you typed the question or something?

The answer is a resounding no. You can't die from the pressure of take-off. Either you are talking about the pressure of being at altitude - which would be irrelevant as when you take off you are close to the ground, or you are talking about g force. Jet fighters or space rockets (or even some rides at the amusement park) have far greater g force than a plane and when was the last time you heard of someone getting splatted into the back of their seat and dying on an amusement ride?
