What happens when a child eats raw pork?

my kids got a piece of salted pork from the refrigarator and eat it thinkin it was turkey breast. So now i'm jus worried sumthin dad will happen?

He should be alright. Salted pork is cured so it has very little bacteria. If anything he might get a tummy ache and have diarrhea, but I mean you could eat a small amount of most meats without anything happening (except most birds like chicken, and most fish [unless properly prepared]). Anyways, he should be just fine.
