Weimaraner 5 month puppy with bladder control problems

We have a 5 1/2 month old weimarner puppy that is with us constantly all day - at our shop - place of business. We let it out often and have tried many things to try to teach her to go to the door to get let out but she constantly just stands and looks at us and pees on the floor many times during the day - even with just being let outside! She does fine at night (no accidents) but is terrible during the day. Do you think she has some health problem. Our vet told us to keep her in a kennel all day but I don't think that's going to work here.

Keep her in a kennel is not going to teach her anything!! I have a 4 month old and she has been potty trained since she was 9 weeks old. We have found that if you can put a bell on the wall and show her to ring it it WORKS!!! Our Weim, can open the screen door if she needs to go out. They are smart dogs and leaving them in a kennel is not good for them, it teaches them nothing. Just work with her and let her out every 30 mins or so, and use the phrase , "Do you need to go outside potty?" We have also found with working with our Weim and using that phrase really helped her.
