What is your most pressing question about breaking bad habits?

I am writing an e-book on How to Break Bad Habits and I need your advice.
I'd really appreciate it if you could complete a really short survey that will help me tremendously in writing my book. I have to find out more about the topic and your input in my book would be a great bonus.

Your feedback is valuable to me. And as a gift for leaving me your thoughts, I’ll be happy send you a free copy of the e-book when it’s finished.

Well I'll give some advice for breaking bad habits, but I for one am not going to take your survey out of protest for you advertising here. As such, please don't advertise here, thank you.

Now as for the advice, it's important to keep in mind that everyone is different, and the same methods won't work for everyone. Some people it's best to ween off something, while others it's best to go cold turkey. When trying to get someone else to break a habit, it's important to be calm, mature, and most of all, respectful towards them at all times. Also, you need to get them to see that they need to break their habit for their own sake, not for yours or anyone else's. If someone isn't going to break a habit for them self, they won't stick to it.

That's true, so just to clarify, to me a bad habit is something that doesn't benefit anyone, e.g. smoking, drinking, things that just don't do any good to anyone.
