I didnt file an answer for Circuit Court. I had Family Court and was awarded temp custody. The ex boyfriend appealed to Circuit Court and a date was set. The next day he asked for a continuance and it was granted for 7 weeks. I didnt file an answer for the appeal he made and I have Court in a couple of weeks, I only had 10 days to file and didnt realize I had to file an answer. It has been over 30 days, can I still file an answer or will it be denied? I need advice, thanks...FYI, I live in WV
