I m fat . how can I reduce weight at home in 3weeks?

i am a girl , age 27 , married , I am gaining weight on day basis , my diet earlier was more but now I have reduced it , I dont find time to exercise . please help, also I m facing periods problem , my periods are irrregular

I use a system where I do a high intensity workout for 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. Very doable. And instead of a weight loss diet, I eat nutrient rich foods that I like. I started feeling the effects within the first week. Good common sense and a focus on creating a healthy lifestyle goes a long way.

It doesn't matter what you do, if you eat more than the calories you burn you will continue gaining weight.
