How can I change a scanned document I put on my desktop from .JPG to .DOC?
Well .doc is a Microsoft Word document. Simply open the Jpeg (.jpg) copy it, open up Microsoft Word, and then paste it, and save it. Voilà, you have your image in a .doc file, all ready to fax.
