Question about something coming out of me while on my period

recently I was on my period and went to change my tampon after I removed it I felt something come out. when I inspected it it looked like almost a small chicken liver, but red maybe a clot I dont know? anyway it was about the size of a silver dollar maybe a little bigger. can u expain this

This is highly normal, and it occurs in most females. Do not be alarmed! It is just a a small ammount of blood that over an ammount of time has been stuck together, that had not been flushed out.
