*sigh* I just looked it up... Hatsune Miku is not a real person, she's a fictional character. Her name literally translates to First Sound Future, she's part of an artificial voice synthesizing program created by Sony called Vocaloid. The way it works is you type in words, and the program sings it for you, and she's just one of the voices you can pick. The voice samples used to create Hatsune Miku were recorded by Saki Fujita. She is not some J-Pop singer either though, she's simply a voice actress. Anyways, considering this is "Hatsune Miku" (http://i717.photobucket.com/albums/ww171/yuuki-hardjack_core/hatsune_miku_004.jpg), just get some black arm warmers, and a grey button down shirt (cut the sleeves off), a turquoise tie (looks like you'd have to pin some sort of black fabric onto the edge), black thigh-high stockings, and some high heeled boots (looks more like her boots go up to her thighs, but that would be pretty expensive), and lastly get a black skirt, and maybe sew a turquoise lining on it. As for the hair, dye it turquoise and put it in pig tails.
