How can I recover a promised refund from Quantas?

Quantas overcharged me $1,000 for a trip in 2008. We have corresponded. I have requested the refund six times during the past 13-months with no results. I have all facts (written) regarding the transaction, promised reimbursement, etc but as yet no refund.

i dont know but why dont you call and ask them why your not getting your refund
