I've tried repeatedly to give a "punchline"! I can't seem to do it. Even after following instruction

I've followed all your instructions...I've become a member. I still can't find the comment section to submit my punchline. What's the deal! The blank section on the actual Mark McQwire cartoon won't accept any typing in it?? There is NO comment section at the bottom of the cartoon or of the page?? Whenever I click on the area you suggest...everything just gets repeated?? My suggestion for the cartoon is...."The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated." An actual quote from Mark Twain!>
