How do you record speaker sound and voice at once?

you would have to specify what recording program you are using for exact instructions, but most programs have an option some where to record speaker sound and if your using the windows sound recorder I dont think you can with out putting the mic up to the speaker.... which I do not advise unless you want a looped echo (screaming speaker) now it would work if you had two different audio devices, one for recording and one for sound.
