I really need someone to talk to anyone got any advice I've been having problems wit my friends?

I'm in High School im not very popular, Im actually shy a bit.People have their own opinions about me but they don't know me ,its people I've never even spoken a word to..but thats not really the propblem right now... lately my friends have been using me when they don't have anyone else around.One of my friends talks to me on the bus but when we get into class she never says a word to me...another sits with me on my switch bus, and we don't talk very much I try to talk to her but it seems shes always wrapped up with people around her...I'm tired of being used and treated this way what should I do?

Forget them. You don't need these people. You're you, an independent you, and even though you're shy, you can still just go out and get real friends instead of those jerks. There are some nice people out there, you just need to make yourself approachable and available. You'll find that once you start leaving jerks like those out of your life, you'll be a lot happier and stress free. Just find some friends who like you for who you are. It sounds simple, but feels difficult, but in reality it's very easy once you get the ball rolling.

when u get on bus try sitting by someone that u feel u need to sit with instead of sitting alone and waiting for someone to sit with you. It sounds to me that ur wanting certain girls to make u their friend dont wait for them to decide that they want to be friends with u but u decide who u feel u need to become friends with its that deep feling inside that finds your best friend goodluck
