What if a girl want me to say yes to go out with her and she like me

Im Not Goin Through The Same Thing... EXACTLY.... There is this girl and the other day she said to me "You dont love me no more" And I said yes I do :) Then A Few Hours Later She Dumped me for someone else and a few days after that she said she wanted me back and she dumped me for someone to make me jelous of her..... We Love Each Other To Bits But she dosnt want to dump this other guy because she doesnt want to hurt His feelings.... I Have Asked her back out mutiple times and she said "Ill think" which obviously means (To Her) "No Because I dont want to dump this other guy coz he realy does love me"..... What should me and her do?? I Realy Need Help With This :(
