How do I unblock a sand filled water line to my shower?

I live in MH and I have a well and pump to supply my water. We had problems with the well and we got a lot of sand, coming through the lines. I get water every where except cold water in my shower. All I get now is a very large drible, How do I get it unplugged on my own?

Where is MH?
I think you'll need alot of compressed air to blow out the line.
