Why is my pet rat's bottom wet?

Recently my rat's bottom has been very sticky with yellow and red, it's pretty gross and I was wondering what was wrong and what can I do to help her?
I did give her a bath with soap, is it possible she was allergic to that? its been almost a month since then and her bottom is still like that though. She is about 2 years old.

u have to change the beding every few days what are u useing for beding?

It may be the end of her life span sorry to say:( I got hamsters and they had the same thing! It's called wet tale disease take her to a vet emidiatly they may put her down or give her medication! I'm sorry for what's happening to her and if theirs blood all the time there may be something seriously wrong:( sorry

P.S- it happens to a lot of rodents and if she's suffering then its best to let her pass then stay and suffer right!?
