Why eggs turn invisible when frigerated in vinager

I don't know, but I just want to say that I'm PRETTY sure that it would still turn invisible in vinegar even if it's not refrigerated.
it may be because of the chemical reaction due to the viniger's citriusness and the egg its self...
just a sugjestion I may not be correct.
