What is out there for migrain headaches?

I get a migrain about every three to four months and trust me it's not just a bad headache. My eyes get blurred, I vomit and my head hurts so bad, nothing over the counter works because I can't hold nothing down long enough for it to take effect. I head to the emergency room for a shot for the upset stomach and a shot for the pain.
