What questions should I ask the dealer when buying a new car

if I am looking for a new car, should I be concerned about torque rpm ,awd,transmission, what are some of the most important things I should be asking the dealers?

Well this is a pretty bad answer. I mean first of all, it says on the cars how much they cost, on a big sticker, hence the term "sticker price." Second of all, they'll lie to you and tell you it's a better quality than it really is just to get you to buy it.
You should be asking about the safety features, the warranty, miles per gallon, and how well that car sells compared to other models they sell.
