What does it mean to sneeze really loud all the time?

I have a friend who sneezes really loud all the time and it scares everyone around him. Is there something really wrong with him or does he do it just for the attention? He likes to pass gas too in front of us.

Some people are just naturally loud sneezers. It's not their fault, it's just how they were born. There's nothing wrong with him, except maybe the passing gas thing, because that's just messed up, but besides that there's nothing wrong with him.
