They send repo men to reposes your property. If you can't pay them in money, they take your stuff as payment instead. They start with whatever you've paid for with your credit card (e.g. if you bought a TV with your credit card, they take that first), but then they keep taking to even out whatever else you owe (since you don't have physical possessions for interest and they can't reposes the food that's in your stomach).

They will just garnish your wages. If you haven't paid anything to them for quite some time they will send it to a collection agency and if they can't collect then they get an attornay involved and they will have someone come to your door and serve you papers to appear in court. Do go-sometimes they are willing to settle for just the amount you owe without all the interest that they applied. If you can't pay it all at once-then they will garnish your wages. If you can't pay them at all-go and file bankruptcy before you go to court or before it gets to that....But they don't come and get your stuff-it is not worth anything to them at all!!!! It all depreciates in value. They maybe come and repo your car if you paid with that-That they can sell.

Wow I also got out of control with credit card debt but they never took me to court. I had $32,000 in cc debt and I called this company http://bit.ly/9SxsA3 and consolidated.. They negotiated everything for me. My credit did take a hit but I expected that. At least now my payments are only $420 per month (instead of $940) and it will be paid off in 3 years. The best part to me is that I don't have to talk to/communicate with the creditors anymore.. it was seriously stressing me out. Good luck. :)
