Im with two guys what do I do please help me?

I am with a guy my parents really really like and I dont know if I should stay with him I mean yeah I do love him.But my x who I havent talked to in four to five years just came back into my life and now he wants me back and regrets leaving me what should I do please somebody help me Cause I dont wanna break the first guys heart and not the second guys heart.

First of all you should ask yourself, does it worth the hassle? Of course as all what we know there's no such thing 'best one' or 'mr. perfect' but by letting out yourself to have such a confident, I think you can make yourself know better.

Your Ex is a past, and what you should concern now is the present and the future. If it didn't work for the last time why would you think it would work this time?
