The back of my ankles hurt when I walk. Can someone tell me what I can do to get relief?

When I walk on the back of both ankles, just above my heel, I am in much pain. I have to walk a while before I can feel a little relief. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to take care of it.

I also have three of the tips of my fingers (the thumb, index, and middle fingers) on my left hand that are numb. At times I have to wear a hand brace. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Stretch and massage your calves and shins daily. Try getting a pair of Birkenstock shoes...it really helped me.
The numbness at the tips could be radiating from your neck or elbow. I would reccomend a trip to a good Chiropractor.

you must excerise by moving around your foot in a circular motion and wrap ice around it to releive pain.
