Where and How do I get all forms used for rentals and rent-to-own?

I have a property listed and the seller wants to enter into a rent-to-own. I need the forms for such a contract, the escrow and deposit forms. Basically ALL forms available for this situation, Please. Arline Whynot, Whynot Realty
