First of all It is universal truth that without exercise it’s not possible that someone can be fit nowadays, but still if you want this, then I have an option for you. You can try jumping on trampoline because it doesn’t required any exercise just to play for jumping with it and stay healthy. Trampoline provides a combination of both health and fitness which no other exercise can provide and all this you got with Fun in free time.

You should drink only specific liquids, such as salted water or lemon juice and drink fresh fruit, vegetable juices and smoothies, water and tea. You should take supplements. And avoid all allergenic foods. Completely eliminating coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and refined sugar. You should exercise daily if you want to be a healthy body.
