Can a high fever cause sterility?

Can a high fever in humans cause sterility and brain damage?

Well not complete sterility, but you produce less sperm when you are sick in general. Your body is putting more energy towards getting better than it is towards producing sperm.

I forget the exact number, but I think when a fever hits 118 (yes it does happen) it starts causing brain damage. Regardless of what the exact temperature is that starts causing brain damage, the answer to that part of your question is yes.
