I delete programs from c drive to have more space but it shows less space instead of more

You're not supposed to DELETE programs, that's not going to give you any space to work with. First of all, you're only deleting the executable, which in most cases isn't much. Second of all, you're probably forgetting to empty the recycle bin. Third of all, you're supposed to uninstall programs by going to Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, and then find the program in the list and click "Uninstall" or "Remove". Fourth of all, most programs don't take up a lot of space at all. Games are huge, but programs for the most part are pretty damned small. And lastly, if you need more space, I highly suggest you download a program called TreeSize. There's a free version that does everything the paid version does, and it shows you what's taking up the most space on your computer, and where on the computer it's located.
