Healthy or not

i was told that dry frying somthing is just as bad as regurlar frying because it seals in the fat . for example , frying summer sausage in a dry pan is worse than eating it just off the roll , is this true . I would think cooking the fat out of it would happen instead . thanks for your time. I am looking forward to your reply.

Dry frying does not cook out any fat what so ever, however, it's better than deep frying because when you deep fry something, you're cooking more fatty oils into whatever you're frying. When you deep fry, the food you're deep frying is like a sponge, sucking up this fatty greasy oil. When you're dry frying, you're just cooking something in the oils it already has.
