Can I take over a vehicle if I am on tile as a shared legal owner?

I need to take the car from my elderly mother, who refuses to believe she no longer drives safe. I am on the title as well as she. both under legal awners. what can I do legally?

That means that you both own the vehcile if you wanted the vehcile he would have to signe for you to keep the vehcile
