Pickle diet does it work

I take it that this is a diet where you only eat pickles? Sounds horrible to me, and I'm not saying that because I don't like pickles. Pickles have very little nutrients, your body would quite literally shut down from malnourishment. Furthermore, pickles are cucumbers pickled in a solution that consists of mostly salt water. Well when you eat a pickle, you're eating a lot of salt. Not only will your sodium levels sky rocket, but that salt will absorb the water in your body and you will retain water, making you more bloated and heavier.

If you like pickles then eat them. But don't eat just pickles you'll get sick eventually.

If you're trying to lose weight with your pickle diet than see:

or ask a professional or someone who used to be fat and then went thin.

If you're trying to gain weight on the other hand to:

Try to be more specific.

Pickles are also soaked in vinegar which helps aid in weight loss....no, this is not a " only eat pickles diet" , that would be stupid...but eating a pickle or two before a meal helps in weight loss.
