I take it that this is a diet where you only eat pickles? Sounds horrible to me, and I'm not saying that because I don't like pickles. Pickles have very little nutrients, your body would quite literally shut down from malnourishment. Furthermore, pickles are cucumbers pickled in a solution that consists of mostly salt water. Well when you eat a pickle, you're eating a lot of salt. Not only will your sodium levels sky rocket, but that salt will absorb the water in your body and you will retain water, making you more bloated and heavier.
