Well for starters, make sure you're getting all the various vitamins and nutrients you need. For example, my cousin was a vegetarian ever since she was a little girl, all the way up till she was 16, then she decided to start eating meat, and she had a massive growth spurt because there were certain things she wasn't getting in her diet.
Also, if you get some ankle weights and hang from like some monkey bars for long periods of time (it takes a very very very very long time) you can stretch your legs out which will make you taller.
Lastly, if you wear tall shoes, and wear vertical stripes, you will look taller.
