This is incorrect. Either they rent phones in the Hong Kong airport, or they don't. This isn't opinion based or anything, it's either yes or no. It's a matter of whether there's a shop or maybe even a vending machine that offers a time-based cellphone or not. I personally don't know, but this answer is completely useless and inaccurate.
