Well the iron pills aren't going to be the be-all-end-all solution to your anemia. Yes they're intended to help, but you're still going to have symptoms and such like your hair falling out. Solution? Buy a wig.

There are different reasons for hair loss caused by Stress, Genetics or Bad diet. If you're hair keeps on falling. I suggest you to use Reloxe because they have the best treatment for Hair loss, hair thinning and baldness. They have vitamins and tablets which offer improved effects.

Hi there :)

I was very anemic about 2 years ago and lost a lot of hair. It really freaked me out so I used a couple of herbal remedies to get my hair to grow better.

Taking Chaste Tree (Vitex) and Saw Palmetto helped a lot. Sweet almond oil is good to keep the remaining hair healthy and strong.

I also purchased an array of clip in hair extensions. It's amazing how you can struggle your entire life to have a certain hair style, but you can clip it into your head in about 5 minutes.

I hope your anemia gets better. Diet can be a big factor. I used to be a strict vegetarian, but had to switch back to eating meat because the anemia was too much of a problem. Iron shots from your doctor are the best thing at the beginning because the iron won't get into your system quickly with the use of pills or through diet alone. Good luck :)
