Do 2D COMPUTERS (www.2dcomputers.4mg.com) operate in Nigeria, Lagos? As in can they be contacted anywhere in Nigeria, Specifically Lagos? Can they completely and even manually remove Virus from my Computer System?

They don't look legitimate at all to me. If you want virus removal, you should download Avast (http://www.avast.com/index). It doesn't look like 2D Computers even does virus removal.
