I am wondering if the maple tree of ontario and quebec can be safely grown in southern saskatchewan?

The tree I am refering to is the maple with the scarlett leaves as seen on the Canadian flag....

all trees will grow in different areas as long as you keep the nutrients at a proper level and the temperature right...considering that the climate is not that much different I would say yes.
