What is the % of success in sales through cold calling potential customers

Iam selling a retail line of certified organic food products to mass grocery and health food stores. My only means of sales is through the telephone making cold calls and selling this way. What is a realistic outcome from this type of selling. How meny new stores could a person expect to list in a month. Out of every 30 outlets contacted how meny could I expect to list.
