My ears hurts when i swallow

i have a sore throat, cough, little mucus and my ears hurt when i swallow. is that a sign of an ear infection?

That's a sign of an inner ear infection. It's nothing too bad, just very painful. Aspirin will not help with this. You should go see your doctor as he can prescribe some medications for you. If you can't afford to do that, there's a couple of over the counter things you can get too, but if it goes untreated, it can get kinda bad, but it won't result in hearing loss or anything.
