How can I begin a cooperation with a foreign company by persuading them?

I am a polymer engineer, I am iranian, I want to begin a coopereation with a foreign company, I want to invest in polymer goods production and I prefer to use recyclable materials as input and produce some new high-tech recyclable goods, but I do not have any new idea.
