I have a problem with my mum and sister

Anyway, they have millions of shoes, clothes all over the house that they know they need to throw away. It's like tip in my house. Mum's the only one that's working in our family, I help her at the shop sometimes and her day offs are weds and suns.

I ALWAYS ask them to sort out the clothes and shoes that they want to keep or throw away, but they never do, mum says she's tired because she's been working, (she works at the launderette) she's always on facebook and says she deserves a rest and always says next week I'll sort it out, but she never does, my sister is the same, she makes excuses that she needs to look for jobs, she goes on the computer to look for jobs so she doesn't have to sort it out.

because I get stressed that everything is messy and we have a lot of junk, I get told off for being stressed, they say I shouldn't get stressed because they are not my clothes and shoes, if I buy shoes they never get stressed at me. this is because I throw away shoes I don't need, I only have 4 pairs and if they need throwing I'll throw them. they just keep them.

yesterday, I said I'll help mum if she tidies up with me and she says no, and got angry saying that I shouldn't get stressed, so I ended up sorting books, clothes, bags, shoes of theirs away and they are on the laptop on facebook, when I was the one tidying up their mess. my sister asks me why I got angry at mum, mum's tired, she deserves a rest. I'm only angry because it's messy no one has time to tidy up, I'm the only one that has time.

I sometimes start crying because of the tip, they say that I'm being stupid and that I need to grow up. shall I just throw away their shoes and clothes?

Well, i wouldn't throw away there clothes and shoes. That may be taking it a little over board. But I completely 100% agree that they should be helping you out around the house. I live in a foster home where I am forced to do most, if not all, the work around the house. I know exactly what it is like to be stressed from having to keep the house clean and organized all by yourself. When you become stressed just try to take a deep breath and take some time for yourself. Forget about the mess and the rest of the world.
