Can I sue the dealer for my 1,789.40 dollars that I over paid

I brought a car for 7,743.10 it had 60801 miles on 8days later I took it back with 60822 miles on an bought a car for 11,253.70 I gave the dealer 3 certified checks adding up to 13,0431 I was wondering am I toget change back the 20 miles came from the ride to my house to an from the dealer.
